Return and Refund Policy
We give you a 7-day return policy for our product. If you are not happy with your order, you must contact us via email with your order number and the reason for the return. Please send us all the detail for your return so we can help you.
After receiving the return, we are happy to exchange most items if defective or not according to our standards. Our manufactures will check for the defects and return or exchange the items if any of the products have the manufacturer’s fault.
Return of defective items will apply shipment charges. We’ll deduct the charges from the refunding amount.
Note: Engraved products cannot be returned.
