Shipping Policy & Terms of Service

International Shipping, Customs & Duties Policy
1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Delivered Duty Unpaid – DDU)
Customer Responsibility: All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Applicable Fees: Orders shipped outside the origin country may be subject to local import duties, customs taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), and courier handling or administrative clearance fees levied by the destination country’s customs authority.

Payment Obligation: These additional charges are not included in your order total or checkout price. They are the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient and must be paid to the local carrier or customs authority upon arrival to release the parcel.

2. Refused, Unclaimed, or Abandoned Shipments
Duty Refusal: If a customer refuses to pay required local customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees, or fails to respond to notices from the shipping carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS), the package will be deemed abandoned.

Carrier Action: Abandoned packages may be subject to disposal, destruction, or return-to-sender procedures as determined by the carrier and local customs regulations.

3. Non-Eligibility for Refunds on Abandoned Packages
No Refund Guarantee: In the event an order is abandoned, refused at customs, or disposed of by the shipping carrier due to non-payment of import fees or lack of recipient response, the order is strictly non-refundable.

Deduction of Return Costs: If local customs permits the parcel to be returned to our fulfillment facility and the merchant accepts the return, any return freight charges, return customs fees, and administrative penalties incurred will be deducted from any potential store credit or discretionary partial refund.

Destroyed/Discarded Merchandise: If a package is discarded, destroyed, or auctioned by customs or the courier due to customer inaction, zero refund or store credit will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Shipping Carrier Delivery Attempts & Communication
Contact Information: Customers are required to provide an accurate, monitored email address and local phone number at checkout.

Tracking Responsibility: Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment via the provided tracking number. Neither the merchant nor the carrier is responsible for packages delayed or destroyed due to the customer’s failure to respond to delivery notifications or customs clearance requests.
